In these terms, “GoBird”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean GoBird OÜ. “You” means anyone who visits this website.

This website exists to explain who we are and what we build. It carries no offer, no price, and no contractual commitment. Nothing published here is a binding offer, and nothing here obliges us to provide, continue or maintain any product.

We build and operate products under their own brands. Each has its own website, its own terms of service and its own privacy policy:

If something goes wrong, write to us first — almost everything is settled that way. Disputes that cannot be settled between us are heard by Harju Maakohus (Harju County Court) in Tallinn.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of court does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence, and you keep the right to bring proceedings there.
