We build and operate independent software products.

GoBird is an independent technology company. We build internet products, release them under their own names, and keep running them ourselves — the code, the servers, and the support inbox.

We work on a small number of products at a time. That is a deliberate limit: it is the number we can stay close to without handing any part of the work to someone else.

We plan in years rather than quarters. In practice that mostly means we can afford to fix things properly, and that a product we ship is one we expect to still be running a long time from now.
